We start with an introductory meeting where we get to know your business and the vision you have in mind. We listen to your ideas and goals, paying attention not only to the practical aspects of your company but also to any specific wishes you may have. During this meeting, we also provide a detailed explanation of our working method, giving you a clear overview of the steps in our process and what you can expect from us throughout the collaboration.
After discussing your requirements, we present various proposals in the form of floor plans and mood boards, allowing you to get a feel for the ambiance and indicate your preferences. The proposal is then refined and developed in 2D & 3D, followed by a follow-up appointment to determine the furniture and materials. The 3D design is then drawn live based on your choices, with multiple feedback moments to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Once the design is approved, we calculate the necessary materials and prepare a detailed quotation for execution.
Once the quotation is approved, the execution phase begins with the development of a detailed project schedule. At this stage, there is also a handover from the designers to the realization team. The project manager schedules a meeting to discuss the details with you, review all necessary information, and create a detailed plan that aligns with your requirements and timeline. During this meeting, you will also be informed about all relevant details regarding the project’s realization.
The project manager serves as your dedicated point of contact, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution. They monitor progress, coordinate all involved parties, and ensure that the project is completed according to the agreed-upon terms.
In the production phase, all necessary items, such as furniture, sofas, custom-made pieces, flooring, walls, and any technical installations, are ordered. The project manager monitors the progress of procurement and production to ensure the schedule is maintained. After production, the installation phase begins, where the implementation team works closely with you to properly place and install the interior.
After the installation is finalized, the completion and handover phase begins. The project manager conducts a thorough final inspection to ensure that everything meets the agreed-upon standards. Any remaining finishing touches are carefully completed. Once all outstanding items are resolved and the client is fully satisfied, the official handover takes place.
